About me
An ol' foodie from the 70's ! I organized food co-ops and owned health food stores until 2003.....Still love to cook what my mother calls" peasant food"! My friends appreciate my "real homemade food" as they call it! Of course my favorite meal out are imaginative fish dishes with polenta or greens....I am gluten intolerant so always making adjustments to my recipes. The photo is my grand daughter Amelia , she's 3 now. Ck out other photos of my friends and family.

Yes, that is the same girl. She now has a sister that is blue eyed with blond curly hair. They will be here this weekend from LA and I'm writing up plans for easy recipes so we can play a lot. I too do not cook with garlic...we must be the only two on the planet !

Sour Cherry Jam Or Sauce
Sour cherries are my favorite, and now in season! I am actually using them in cakes that require peaches or apricots and replace them. Great recipe!
