About me
I'm a married mom with four great kids, the oldest in college. I enjoy cooking and springing new recipes on my kids. Scary, huh? So far they have survived the experiences. I'm a native Floridian and enjoy southern foods. My mother is German, so I love cooking German foods. I also enjoy other ethnic cuisines and trying to replicate them. So far I've been somewhat successful with Cuban/Spanish foods, and of course German.

Yes, that sun-dried tomato bread is divine...by this time, I still haven't finished it, so I am making it into croûtons. But - also note, the bread when it came out of the bread machine - looked like it would make a simply fantastic foccaccia bread...just something to think about...and add to your already growing imagination with all the fantastic recipes seen here (including yours ;-P)
