    Oh my goodness I had no idea that messages are left here... so new to this site. It is a grain that expands like rice. Has lots of protein tasts a little nutty.

    Thanks for the great review on the Scalloped Cauliflower, nouse... I'm so glad it went over, well! :) As for spinach...LOVE the stuff... NEVER EVER buy frozen, though, only fresh...I have a gazillion uses for spinach, with recipes to prove it...so, if you're ever in a mind to give it another try, give me a holler! :)
