About me
I'm new to cooking. I feel guilty about eating all that I've been making. My friends and family love all that I've been cooking for them...so, I guess I can't complain. I have to follow a recipe, or else I get completely lost and make an unedible dish...not even for the dogs....lol.... I enjoy spicey dishes, cheesey dishes, creamy dishes...fried, grilled, downhome cooking, etc. When I find that I like a certain dish, I will continue to make that until I can make it without a recipe.
