About me
My mother taught me to cook from he age of 8 years and very kindly put me in charge of the kitchen sink and dirty dishes. Until recently I have been a traditional cook,cooking British meals. However, 18 months ago I relocated to Abu Dhabi and was flabber ghasted at the wonderful food stuffs and spicies that can be purchased at very reseanable prices. Therefore I have ventured out and am now creating more adventurous dishes.
