Moussaka
The potatoes at the bottom really works. I loved the cheese/egg topping. My partner said it was probably the nicest thing he'd ever tasted. (Next time I will cut the aubergine

Twice Fried Plantains
I usually just sprinkle them with lots of salt, I've never had them with a sauce - but garlicky vinegary sounds yummy! Sorry can't help you out there.

Baklava
my mom loves this stuff! i've never made baklava myself before so i don't know anyway, but do they usually put pistachios in it? It sounds good!

Twice Fried Plantains
hi there in Puerto Rico we call these Tostones try them hot with a fresh paste of garlic and salt to taste i make them all the time for my family since i have platano plnts in

Thumbprint Cookies
It's definitely less messy than rolling the dough in nuts. And even my fiancé, who hates nuts, loves these cookies!
