About me
I am a self taught cook who learned most of my skills from my father who was born in Sicily and grew up in New Orleans. As a Type II diabetic I adhere to a strict low carb diet and have created, bought, borrowed and copied hundreds of great low carb recipes that are far from ordinary, utilizing dozens of tasty ingredients that help control my blood sugar levels while still allowing me and my wife to enjoy great cuisine. When dining with us our friends never even notice they are eating low carb. That is my goal! Great food.....low carbs....good health!
