I'm a father of four, a husband of one, and a friend of many. I'm a coonass / american indian hybrid. My wife is mexican. No wonder My poor kids are crazy. Crazy but well fed. I was lucky to have been raised around several different cultures, and lots of GREAT cooks. Cooks who loved to get together and cook food who's main component was love. Food with history. Stories were told as these dishes were made. I'm a cook, not a chef. I'll make your plate and bring it to you, but I REFUSE to make it look like picasso did it.
