I am an old father (13 year old daughter). Married. i cook both in and out of the kitchen but primarily outside on my various BBQs. I love spicy cuisines including Mexican, Thai, African, Ethiopian, Szechwan, Japanese, Korean, Jamaican, etc., etc.

Sounds really delicious. I just tried my hand at making chipotles in adobo at home and they turned out great. I have also really gotten into sumac as of late - it's so good.
