    Salt shaker is your friend!
This needs another 15 to 30 minutes for the taters to be fully done. A cover would be nice for the first hour to keep the top from getting too crusty and dry.
All that aside. Good flavor. First time for me braising potatoes in chicken stock.
See Braised Potatoes And Garlic for more.

Thank you for the comment on the breakfast trifle =D. This is so easy and refreshing accompanying breakfast. I just had to add that where you live just outside of Lancaster sounds absolutely beautiful! It sounds like you have a water view on both sides?

Hi there and thanks for the cooking buddy invite which I gladly accept. I have already bookmarked your special chow mein recipe as that one I want to play around with for sure. There sure are some great cooks on this site and I love to read recipes and even though I may never get around to trying them I sure can dream of how they would taste if only I had the time :) Donna
