About me
No novice cook, but no formal training either. Taught from youth by two generations of family mentors (some old world) who cooked everything from scratch, including the growing of fruits, vegetables, and herbs. A favorite cook at get togethers. I've had to learn to cook en masse while preserving taste and coordinating the timely arrival of hot and cold dishes for multiple sit downs. Thank you all you TV chefs! Would NOT survive Chef Ramsey, but would love and learn a lot trying!
