    I have been wanting to try this one for some time but could not find the kimchi. I finally made my own using this recipe Quick Spicy Kimchee Low Carb Tyler Style/saved. That egg on top is a must to round this out completely. There is nothing better than a runny yolk :) Added this to the IMI ------> Kimichi Bokkeumbab Korean Fried Rice

    The cameras on the phones these days are better than most point and shoot cameras and so much more convenient. I couldn't believe how well a video taken by my neice of her daughers dance recital came out. She was near the back of a dark auditorium and shooting up at the stage. It was miraculously clear and the sound was crisp.

    True but steak is only about US$3.50 a pound and a gallon of fresh cherry stone clams is just US$2.50. Fresh yellowfin is US$3.00. We do eat a fair bit of seafood. You are a wee ways from the coast for that. RJ
