tright deadly, no joke. So, in an attempt to still eat the foods I love to crave, I've developed my own spin on yummy. I try to use ingredients that I know where they were grown and if meat, what they were fed (not saying that I don't buy produce from walmart when money is tight, shhh, don't tell, lol). Try to buy fresh and local if you can :) Eat grass fed/pastured animal products :) No GMO foods!
