About me
I love cooking rarely eat out as it is expensive and usually poor quality or perhaps i am too critical. Am famous for my chocolate cakes, a milk one and a chocolate fudge type. I am a confident cook and cater happily for 20 or more without ever being in a panic. i love talking about food, love italian food especially the dried ham and wonderful salad ingredients. my husband cooks too so it is very competitive but during the week the first one home cooks, i always always light candles around the house and on the dinner table and love fresh flowers.
