I am more than a little obsessed with food. I love cooking it, eating it, reading about it, and researching it. I am a health nut, and love to use whole grains, and minimally processed organic ingredients in my cooking. I am a self-declared cookbook addict, and I keep buying more bookshelves to house my ever-growing collection. While I love cooking, my true passion is baking. I especially like converting traditional baked goods into more healthy, whole grain versions of themselves.
