Winter is just about here and its time for good old comfort food. Have to say I like winter cooking better than summer. Love the soups, stews and such.

Good morning, I use a 9" cake pan and dust it with flour, to make the cherry cake.
I noticed your comment on left overs, we,Mary and I, used to have the same problen, now I make sure that I have enough to freeze for a later date, to just heat and serve. Most things freeze well and it sure cuts down on the food bill and cooking time.
