I'm happily married for 36 years with three grown children and seven grandchildren. I love hunting and fishing and it all goes in the freezer, for later cuisines, be it venison, duck, fish, crawfish, shrimp, etc. I'm always looking for new ways to prepare my favorite foods, either inside or out on the grill, who says you can't enjoy the best of foods and still eat healthy.
