About me
I'm Mary, mom to 10 great kids, including 2 from Korea and 4 from Ethiopia. My Ethiopian daughters are teaching me about Ethiopian cooking, and I also enjoy cooking from many other cuisines, including Korean and Mexican. We have a gargantuan garden and are swimming in vegetables by the end of each summer. I cook within a fairly tight budget -- I feed my family of 12 on $900/month-- but enjoy the challenge of making food delicious and nutritious.
