About me
I live in Freehold Boro in central NJ. I've been cooking since I'm knee high to a grasshopper. I like to experimenting with flavors in my dishes and I try to utilize fresh ingredients as much as possible. My favorite ethnic style is Italian with Spanish/Cuban/Puerto Rican a close second. I'll try to post as many of my recipes as I can. As far as the personal me, I'm 54 and have lived in New jersey for all of my life. I like the outdoors and I try to get out of my area at least once a week. I love hiking and I have been to Upstate NY, Pennsylvania and Utah in search of trails. New Jersey for those who don't know, is not just what you see around Newark airport. Western and southern NJ has a lot to offer as far as woodlands and shore lands are concerned.
