Currently lovin' Zucchini, eggplant, yogurt, cheese, egg whites, chocolate (semi-sweet please :), herbs, oats, soup, custard, milk, cocoa(i eat it right out with a spoon!), olives, ice cream, spicy but delicate mediterranean and middle-eastern cuizine, but open to any kind of food! .

About me
Hello everyone! I'm a food -especially breakfast- lover from Turkey. Currently I'm a student studying in Spain, but will be back home in march. As I said, I love and care abour food, and try to respect it. Loving food is so far from being gluttonous in my mind. Even though I consider the idea of feasting fun and enjoyable, guzzling is a most repellent thought for me. Basically I want to feed myself and satisfy my hunger, without being overwhelmed and feeling good and thankful in the end. I'm open to try any kind of food really. Even though meat and fish dishes don't top my list, when it comes to eating anything with a face, I welcome the idea of eating any part of it because then I feel that an animal is not sacrificed for nothing, and that we then respect it for real, not letting it go to waste just cause we don't like it. I have to have breakfast everyday, the whole ritual is just sacrosanct for me. Even though it helps bring up some sort of excitement to daily life, I end up feeling horrible if I can't have breakfast, my type of breakfast, that is to say, nutritious, that it involves some thinking, and not rushed. Veggies come second on my list. Any day without them, then I feel dehydrated. Besides these, I should say I'm into food ethics. I'm against approaching it as "consumption", or eating mindlessly for pleasure. Also imported food, especially things like canned food, sauces, exotic tiny packs of anything I reject to eat. Briefly, I love talking, enjoying, eating, sharing food without letting go of the responsibilities it brings along.
