    I had some leftover chicken and decided to give this a try. I'm not a big dill fan so I used 1 tsp of Italian seasoning and it turned out to be enough for me. I also had about 1 Tbs of chopped shallot on hand so I threw that in as well. I cooked it over medium heat on the stove for the 5 minute but mine took 4 minutes under my broiler. Tasty! I added some pictures and put this in IMI on 4/19/15.

    Here a few pointers to make this the BEST PRETZEL RECIPE EVER :)

    1. mix the yeast & water separately first. Wait about 5 mins until the yeast gets frothy, then add sugar and salt. (if it doesn't get frothy you know you've got bad yeast, so grab another pack).

    2. When kneading the dough, the LESS you handle it, the SOFTER they will be.

    3. Melt some butter and dip your finished pretzels into it, THEN sprinkle with salt. DELICIOUS!

    My mom was here today and she tryed one of them Hershey's Chocolate Sugar Cookies and she thought that they were okay but her favorite's are the Chocolate Crinkle Cookies that Sandy makes.Oh by the way.Thank you for the five forkers and the comment.
