About me
I am a career changer, I had been a foodie most of my natural life and decided to resign from my great job and go to culinary arts school to get a formal education in food. I could not be happier as a person or a chef in the field. I currently work for a regional grocery chain and instruct customers on how best to prepare food and to help them remedy the mistakes they make cooking food.
