About me
At 16 I did a 1yr apprentiship chef at a 5 star hotel in Rhodesia (Zimbabwe) I left and came to Australia (Perth) and still have the hot coals for cooking. I only cook for friends and family. They say I should take it further, Well I'll put my recepies here and see if you guys like them. I only hope I get the facts correct. I usually make my creations just before I cook in my head. Be patient I'll get them all out soon. "Keep on cooking"
