About me
I've worked as a baker; a grill cook; a caterer, and a fine-dining chef. As a military cook, I was exposed to (and fell in love with) cuisines from all over the world. I love people; love food; didn't love the pay scale, so I went back to college and got into a slightly better-appreciated (from a monetary standpoint) line of work. Nowadays my culinary skills are purely done for fun...and to express my feelings for the people I really care about.

FYI, to be truly Pagan is to be very aware that the good as well as the harm you do will come back to you several times over. My faith doesn't teach that I can treat people however I want, then kneel, rattle off a quick prayer (with or without any attempt to understand what those words actually *mean*), drop a dollar in the plate & everything's cool. My faith says, there are Consequences to what I do, so I'd better do the very best I can for everybody. That includes taking the time to give intelligent answers to ppl who say rude stuff, rather than just complaining to management that my beliefs got insulted for no reason.
