I apologize in advance if I have sent you this message before. It’s hard to keep track sometimes, especially when only a small number of previous messages are displayed.
    To get to my point:
I noticed your comment on the Homemade Velveeta Recipe recipe. It makes me think that you would fit in nicely with the VELVEETA group. Take a peek at it and please consider joining. Thanks.

It's too bad I lost my source for bison. I love the firm texture of the ground meat. Kroger was the only store in town to carry it and they have moved on.

Hi, in regards to the dried pineapple, the leather is good but once you have eaten dehydrated pineapple like on my recipe, nothing, nothing dehydrated, apricots included, will taste as good as the slices of dried pineapple. You will never find this in a any store and I could sell all I make, but it too much work. The biggest mistake is to not do it, procrastinating on making this is just a huge loss in life. JJ

Thanks for the pointers on where to find the bison meat - there are actually both stores in NJ, about 38.5 miles from us - but we run around a lot, so no problem...will definitely check them out! =)

If you can't find the peppers, try use a very high-end paprika as it really does make HUGE difference. I made it with my regular old paprika the first time and it was okay but when I made it with the better stuff, it was like night and day!
