I'm passionate about food and culinary tradition. Like a little Ratatouille, I spend a lot of time experimenting new recipes. I love to cook for my friends. When they visit me, I often made them discover new variations of desserts, chocolate cake, homemade biscuits, vegetable soups... As my grandma did, I observe their smallest reactions : smiles, but also sometimes I must confess funny grimaces and spicy sighs!! Currently I'm working as a wellness and 'art de vivre' specialist in France. 'Art de vivre' means that through my classes, you will learn the French Gastronomy, the Art of Tasting wine, champagne, cheese and chocolate, the French Savoir-Vivre, the romantic way of life, the Etiquette and the good manners in a dinner, with a client or in your compagny, etc. I travel around France and the world to discover funny culinary tradition.
