About me
I'm passionate about food and culinary tradition. Like a little Ratatouille, I spend a lot of time experimenting new recipes. I love to cook for my friends. When they visit me, I often made them discover new variations of desserts, chocolate cake, homemade biscuits, vegetable soups... As my grandma did, I observe their smallest reactions : smiles, but also sometimes I must confess funny grimaces and spicy sighs!! Currently I'm working as a wellness and 'art de vivre' specialist in France. I work in a Wellness Centre, where I advise visitors on "green" art de vivre à la française and savoir-vivre, recommending, for example, “French power-napping” (the Provencal nap at work), light sports exercises, deep breathing, the art of positive thinking and how to have a relaxed “green” lifestyle. I recommend also organic bread, cheese, wine, fruits, vegetables, dessert and ”green passions” as key ingredients to a balanced diet and lifestyle. I work together with psychologists and other wellness specialists. I travel around France and the world to discover authentic culinary tradition. I will be posting authentic recipes here.
