I have no idea what a sports pepper is; maybe some brand name pepper. Also I have never heard of Vienna Beef. You are right about using good beef wieners. However with the Chicago stock yards being a prime processor of wieners, I can't imagine you needing anything from Vienna. Is Vienna Beef a local brandname?
