    This was a really nice sauce for the salmon. It came out a tad sweet and I couldn't taste the Jack Daniels. I made the sauce last night and it sat in the refrigerator overnight. I grilled my salmon over charcoal and it took about 15 minutes. I had cut the sauce in half and I did use it all up on my filet. I didn't flip the salmon as instructed and the skin came off very easily when I served it up. Delicious.
    I added a couple of pictures and put this in IMI on 7/20/14.

    Hey! I haven't checked this website in like a year (shame on me!).

    Thanks for the enthusiastic comment re: brined pork tenderloin. I use that one as a 'go-to' for company... it never fails me and it really is SO easy! Hooray for our society finally backing down on that overcooked, DRY pork. Anyway - hope you're getting an early spring in New Hampshire! Here in the 'burbs of Chicago, we've been blessed w/warming weather after our terrible 21" snowfall in Feb! Happy cooking - Colleen
