    Too salty ... Italian Salad Dressing is way too salty. I usually avoid it. But last night Olive Garden made a nice big salad, but didn't ask me what kind of dressing I wanted. Sure enough, it came with Italian dressing and it was way toooo salty. How about adding NOOO salt?

    Amazing, have made it 6-7 times, always quadruple recipe an do enough for six people so that I can have for breakfast the next day cold and for days to come. Have made it for company and for our 25th anniversary in El Sol Cabin, Wimberley TX. Melissa has a couple of Super nice cabins with hot tubs for rent.     Hey! I haven't checked this website in like a year (shame on me!).

    Thanks for the enthusiastic comment re: brined pork tenderloin. I use that one as a 'go-to' for company... it never fails me and it really is SO easy! Hooray for our society finally backing down on that overcooked, DRY pork. Anyway - hope you're getting an early spring in New Hampshire! Here in the 'burbs of Chicago, we've been blessed w/warming weather after our terrible 21" snowfall in Feb! Happy cooking - Colleen
