About me
I have worked in the food service industry for over 20 of my 40 years. I have worked as a line-cook, chef, breakfast cook, fry cook, cold station, and baker/pastry. I have cooked 1-2 people and over 2,000 at a time. It's hard work. I have been at home sick for the past 5 months. Next summer I hope to be running my own place on my fathers vinyard in Niagra-on-the-Lake here in Ontario Canada
