About me
Born in NY state! Been in Florida for 35 years. Semi retired from Univ. of Florida, during school year fulltime substitute teacher of Pre-K. My husband started cooking when I went back to work and he was outstanding! But I am back in my kitchen now. Together we have 7 kids, 13 grandkids, and ?? greatgrands. We travel in our motorhome, but not as much as we used to. I live with my sweet husband and adorable cat out in the country. I collect cookbooks, watch TV cooking shows, and am always trying out new things. I think I'm an expert cook, but have been known to mess some new things up so I am saying intermediate!
