I made a slight changes which I use 1 cup strong bread flour(abit sceptical) & 1 cup of whole meal plain flour - it turns out well and my fussy son ate 2 piece of the loaf! Great recipe, thanks for sharing the recipe!

Thanks so much I made this & it turned out GREAT!!!!! I used 1 cup buckwheat flour & 1 cup oats. I used unsweetened almond milk. I divided the batter in 2 & add dried cranberry to 1 & chopped walnut in the other. I made it in muffins.

    Excellent!
Used honey instead of sugar, 1.5% fat sourmilk (like ruuny yogurt), subbed 1/2 rolled oats out of total whole wheat flour. Skipped the dates. Baked 2 nice loaves (40 mins at 175 C) one to freeze, one to eat... will be gone by tonight!
Very moist, very fragrant, full of flavor! Thanks for posting.

This tasted amazing. I made this banana bread twice already, even though I had trouble cutting the banana bread, it tasted very delicious. I made it today using a muffin pan, it came out great and it was easy to cut the muffins in this size. From now on this is my top choice healthy banana bread / banana muffin recipe.

Sorry I never responded to your question about my zuke cutlet recipe.I was just starting to be GF and did not know then. But I will say now,I make my own bread crumbs,by making my own cornbread. Then I crumble it up and toast it in the oven until light golden brown.I then keep on hand in freezer. So much cheaper than anything in a store, and more wholesome.~Sola
