Sorry I never responded to your question about my zuke cutlet recipe.I was just starting to be GF and did not know then.But I will say now,I make my own bread crumbs,by making my own cornbread.Then I crumble it up and toast it in the oven until light golden brown.I then keep on hand in freezer.So much cheaper than anything in a store,and more wholesome.~Sola
