About me
I love food - especially when it's healthy, whole, fresh, organic, local, sweet, chocolaty, spicy, flavorful, exotic... anything that's amazingly tasty and made with love. Baking, cooking, grilling, sprouting, growing, fermenting, drying, concocting, sourcing = fun! I particularly like experimenting and composing recipes, especially ones for beautiful healthy baked goods. I've been baking as long as I can remember... I have a blog called pattycake.ca where I post lots of sweet and healthy recipes (especially of baked goods) and write about food, health and lifestyle. I also love checking out your recipes - thanks for sharing :-) (PS - I'm mostly off the grid in Mexico right now...)
