Mom makes Pepper steak and I love hers, this sounds like the same ingredients she uses so I can't wait to try it. I have never made it so I was unsure of the ratio of the ingredients. I have several of your recipes saved and will try them all eventually. You sound like a fabulous cook. Thanks for sharing!

Great recipe!! Prior to my mother's death she taught me to make home made completely by hand noodles, but I wasn't positive about the ratio of ingredients and yours were right on!!

None of these 5 star reviewers actually made this recipe! The person who posted it is evidently inviting us to be guinnea pigs. I made it, and it doesn't work. After 1.5 hours of cooking I got grated yams in a solidified sauce. I couldn't find it on the Betty Crocker web site, either.

BRAVO to your dad for encouraging your culinary efforts. You are very fortunate to have someone love you so much. Better for us too, your recipes look great. (Also, seriously lovin' the pup.)

Now that I've found you, I am anxious to check out your recipes. Your pup is precious. How can anyone live without a pet? Hope to share recipes in the weeks ahead. By the way, Merry Christmas to you and your family, pup included, of course.

I need a brunch recipe for an adoption shower I am having Nov 14. I am looking at your Brunch Ham Puffs. Need to know if Chicken will work as well as the ham and also some reviews on this. Since this is a first time used recipe I hate to try it out on guests before I know more about it.

Thanks for adding me! Your Rockie is adorable. My "baby" Hunter is a rescue also. Like you, I wasn't wanting another dog, but I just couldn't NOT rescue him. It turns out that I got the BEST dog I've ever had. Thanks for rescuing Rockie; pitbulls are a special breed with a bad rep and we need more people like you to rescue and raise them right. Okay, off my soapbox now, thanks again and I can't wait to try some of your recipes!
