About me
I love to cook ethnic foods. Mostly Asian for some reason, even tho I don't have one asian speck of blood in me, it is definitely my most favorite of all foods. Indian is a close second, with Italian right behind! I am currently addicted to baking artisian style breads, coming up with modifications of my own to some of the best professional bakers' recipes. I am changing the way I cook in many ways, especially in baking (which I never really truly enjoyed except at holidays), by going from the conventional measuring way, to the way of weighing the ingredients (for breads), and writing the recipes in a journal to hand down to my kids. Now, if I could find a way to make all of my meals ultra healthy, non boring, and ethnically divine, then I would be happy as a clam. But I won't give up my bread. Been there, done that. Never again!!
