About me
I grew up in a small New England town but decided that I wanted to travel and eat my way around the world. So far, so good. I've been a veggie for over 20 years and don't ever see that changing! I dabble in the vegan arena, but have a hard time giving up cheese. I travel alot for work now and it's a bit tough finding tofu on a hotel menu, but soy milk is popping up all over the breakfast buffets, yeh!!! I got a KitchenAid mixer for my B-Day and have been having a blast making homemade bread, the first try was an old New England favorite, Anadama Bread, and it turned out great.
