About me
I'm from Texas. I adore soul food but can just as well be happy with food from all over the world. I loved living in New York because of the great variety of food and people. I adore cookbooks, but often find myself just perusing them for ideas. I prefer to cook from scratch. My Mama and Granny Melba were my biggest inspirations for cooking. I have finally come to terms that I am a flexetarian. I love vegetarian meals, but can also appreciate a good piece of meat when I eat one.
