The recipe sounded good and I just didn't know what to do with the ham or when. Obviously it gets rolled up in the middle, but I every time I try a new recipe I follow it TO THE LETTER. The first time anyway. lol The problem I have whenever I try to make this dish, either store bought or home is that all the cheese leaks out of the middle before the chicken is done. I don't know how to fix this and needless to say there is nothing yummy but the ham left inside when I take it out. My wife loves chicken cordon blue, I just wish I could make it right.
