About me
I am a stay-at-home mom with 3 teenagers (19-17-15), moved from the East Coast to Comox Valley on Vancouver Island. Love good food, travel, photography, reading, cooking, hiking. I like to try new recipes and like ethnic food. I am semi-vegetarian and what I like the most are the desserts especially chocolate. I also cook vegan once in a while. My family still like to have some meals with meat, so I sometimes cook one vegetarian meal and one with meat at the same meal. New recipes that I try are on my blog. Sounds like something I would definitely like - I'm not sure I've ever seen pomegranate molasses around here, though. Is that something that is typically available at a Middl
