About me
I'm a culinary school graduate and a +40 year home cook. I love it, and so does my main taster, critic and husband. I've never called myself a chef, though I've worked in the food trade. I call myself a COOK, as did Julia Child, who never referred to herself as a chef. I'm also a collector of cookbooks (it's a habit I can't break.)
