    that a new one with me I would have to say let it come to room temp.......and raise the cooking time to 10 more minutes and you might have to play with it .

    Do you live in a high altitude?? Do you use electric, gas or convection oven??

    mine always is a little soft in the middle because of the peaches and milk but not a runny consistany.
