About me
I was a professional cook and Banquet chef for 25 years until I retired. I am a passionate foodie and love to feed groups up to 25. I regularly do five- to eight-course meals. This summer, I did several barbeques for 25-30 people, using a small round charcoal grill.

Four tips:
1. I copy everything I type before I click SUBMIT. That is because of GR's wonkiness. Sometimes it won't take and you have to retype everything. This way all you have to do is paste it back and try again.
2. When searching for certain things e.g. Groups, you have to click on the search button and not just hit enter. If you just hit enter it just takes you back to the same page.
3. When responding to questions on one of your recipes, consider putting it under ALTERATIONS rather than COMMENTS. Comments made dissapear in time, alterations will remain with the recipe for future viewers to see -- in case they have the same question.
