About me
I'm still a novice when it comes to cooking since I've only been doing this for a year or so. Ergo, I can definitely use all the help I can! LOL And as they say practice makes perfect, but I can get used to this because I'm loving it! I never would have imagined myself so into cooking as much as I am now considering how terrified I felt at the thought of it before! But guess what, i've came to realize it's a lot of fun and what makes it even more fun is sharing the experience with family and friends! ===================================================== The Disney-Pixar movie 'Ratatouille' was right, "Everyone can cook!" or should I say Everyone can DEFINITELY cook! (^_^)

Yes you can use spinach as a substitue. My friend tried making this recipe with spinach instead of kangkong and she said it was just as good. (^_^)
