About me
I was the main family cook starting at a young age -- in middle school, I think. I used to cook a lot fancier, but as my job has become more demanding I have become a bigger fan of simplicity and efficiency. After all, fresh ingredients with lots of flavor have *always* been what is most important!

This is a delightful recipe. I first made it with sucanat and although it didn't set as well as hoped it was delicious. My second batch was made with white sugar and it work
