About me
Cooking-wise i'm a complete cretin, i frequently overcook meat and i have no clue how long it takes to boil an egg. When it comes to making puddings ('dessert' to you guys in the US) however, suddenly the situation improves! Go figure. :P

I'm an Irish 25 year-old girl/woman/nutcase, extremely carnivorous and with a fairly unsophisticated palette, and enjoy my fair share of potato stews and chunky soups. Adore fish pie. Currently living in Devon, UK, and taking advantage of all the fresh fruit to make fruit puddings and pancakes (despite them giving me bad headaches). I visit Norway regularly, and some of my meals have adopted their obsession with salt, but not many (pasta and vegetable soup mostly).

I've got a real taste for American foods, from fried chicken to hot-dogs and slurpees. Hopefully cruising the gorgeous recipes on this site is going to prevent me buying so many microwave meals, and give me the energy to actually cook some stuff myself!
Plus, i can eat a horse for breakfast, so in order to preserve the pony-population of Dartmoor, i'll be looking for some scrumptious morning meals. :P Long live waffles!
