    Have you ever had Calamares en su Tinta, Spaghetti al Nero di Seppia, or Chiparones Rellenos En Su Tinta?

    You really have to try one of these dishes with the ink in the recipe. Especially if you like stuffed squid.

    Hi Phil, collards are a type of green vegetable, similar to kale. It is very popular in the South of the US. You could sub any other dark greens, such as kale, mustard greens, etc.
