10 years ago new friends gazed with shock and disbelieve at the cheap sausages and DEB powdered potato mash I served them for dinner. The close brush with social suicide has awakened a determination to please. Determination turned into passion and transformed my very soul!

oh.. we buy our chicken thighs boneless. It's not meant to have bones on the plate.. hmm.. but I may try buying drumsticks and de-bone them after cooking. Curious now if it wi
