About me
I'm a single working mom of two grown up girls. I'm looking for, and experimenting with, recipes that are simple but tasty, easy to cook, and don't require a lot of ingredients to make.

Since you have kids, the worst is to prepare a meal for them that they don't like. You tell a kid or a guy that you are cooking tacos for dinner, I assure you of a few things. First your family will eat it and enjoy it! Second, your entire meal will take lest than 30 minutes and almost no clean up.

As you can tell I am passionate about my cooking system and products. If you need to enlist in my Taco Rack University, let me know and I will tell you how you can earn your degrees! LOL
