When I saw two of my recipes posted here without proper credits or my permission, I didn't know whether I should laugh or get mad. My crab in coconut milk (http://www.grouprecipes.com/sr/27658/crab-in-coconut-milk-alimango-sa-gata
/recipe/) is really an ingenious thing, I played with different ingredients trying to mask the taste of canned coconut milk and I ended up with a winner. It's a family favourite and one of the most requested recipes I have. My chicken adobo in coconut milk (http://www.grouprecipes.com/sr/28688/chicken-adobo-in-coconut-milk-adobong-manok-sa-gata/recipe/) is more of a sentimental thing. It's my comfort food, it's something I grew up eating and something that my Mom would make, I rarely cook it for other people unless their family. I know it's good or to me at least it is not only because of all the memories it brings but also because of the simple and humble yet wonderful flavour combination that truly works. When I saw them here, I felt really flattered. Wow, somebody bothered to post them so they must be good. I thought I'd join and share my recipes and my piece of mind.
