Thank you for invite. Yes! I am Korean. Just like your mom, it is not easy to hand down the original Korean recipes. We cook with our eye and sense not with the measuring spoon or cup. My daughter had kept asked me same question how to cook the traditional Korean food, so I try to use measuring cup and spoons but sometimes the taste is not same as i want. But very close!!! I am pleased to communicate with you and hope you like my recipes. I will learn yours too.

Are the smoked sausages Kielbasa? Do you puree the soup? That's the only way I have ever had it. Puree after removing the meat. Then returning the cut up meat to the pot.
