About me
I study nutrition so I love to find recipes that are healthy, well balanced and full of vegetables. Having said that I have the biggest sweet tooth, dirty chocolatey things are really my thing.....! I love trying new flavours and I love traditional foods from different countries.....there really are some gems out there! I love to shop in the Asian shop, and have a shelf dedicated to Asian spices, whole and ground, curry leaves, seeds and lentils - this shelf - it smells like heaven!!!

Hi, PinkMonkey, thank you for your nice comments to my recipes, of course I accept your invite, I´m glad that you being so young like as much this cooking world.
Of course you can do the cake it´s easy, I have a mold, but you can cut the cake in the cake shape. and then cover it with the ganache.
good luck!

Thanks for the nice post. Look up the Basic Pasta Dough recipe here on the group. It calls for Olive Oil, which is how I do it. Put it all in the food processor or stand mixer with a dough hook and let it do the work for you!

Pink Monkey: Check out my recipe that I posted for Ravioli with Chicken, spinach and Ricotta cheese...fillings are amazing and limited only by your imagination. Just remember to keep the filling moist, and with pasta dough for ravioli, you just cook it at a slow boil as to not damage the ravioli. I've put basic instructions in that recipe.
