Of course you can do the cake it´s easy, I have a mold, but you can cut the cake in the cake shape. and then cover it with the ganache.

Thanks for the nice post. Look up the Basic Pasta Dough recipe here on the group. It calls for Olive Oil, which is how I do it. Put it all in the food processor or stand mixer with a dough hook and let it do the work for you!

Just remember to keep the filling moist, and with pasta dough for ravioli, you just cook it at a slow boil as to not damage the ravioli. I've put basic instructions in that recipe.
